What does it mean to give attention, pay attention, take or ask for attention? Within the attention economy that undercuts every aspect of our current corporate web, attention is the currency. Every manipulated dopamine doom scroll makes someone rich richer, and keeps us from our real, temporal, sensuous realities, both beautiful and brutal.
